Marriott Laguna Cliffs
The Marriott Laguna Cliffs, near Dana Point, California, is a spectacular ocean front resort with a distinctive red roof with over 800,000 square feet. The design team chose American Rooftile Coatings to restore the roof to its original beauty. This was less costly than removing the entire roof and installing a new one. And it was environmentally responsible. The old roof would have gone to a landfill. This project was completed in 2010.
